Thank you for considering me for therapy.

I received my master’s of social work from Columbia University in New York, and have 10 years of experience working with individuals and families from early childhood through older adulthood.

My extensive background consists of work with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship stress, and stage of life changes. I have worked in community mental health and medical settings, giving me a varied perspective into the multitude of factors contributing to one’s overall health. My approach to treatment combines cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution focused, attachment theory, and more.

As a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I incorporate various aspects of health and wellness as appropriate to treatment. Utilizing a strength-based approach, I work to understand the individual needs of each client and treat the whole person. Health, exercise, meditation, and nurturing my passions is an important part of my life, and I hope to support you in finding your balance for optimal emotional health.
